As part of this role, you will be responsible for supporting the UK Product team in driving performance of Merchandise, Coffee at Home and Ready to Drink categories, optimising these product assortments, and ensuring seamless execution of category strategies. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of product quality and enhancing customer experience, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the Starbucks brand.
We will look to you to bring your proven experience in project coordination or management within retail, FMCG or commercial environments. You will be an insight-led thinker with a strong eye for trends and the ability to translate customer and product insights and data into innovative, commercially relevant strategies. Working in a fast-paced and multi-site environment means you will need to be able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously but also have the ability to manage stakeholders and suppliers, being able to influence and drive accountability.
The best part about this role is that no two days are ever the same! Working as our merchandise and campaign implementation specialist, you will get involved in:
- Supporting the delivery of product and merchandise strategies across key categories, using customer insight and performance data to guide decisions.
- Partnering with UK, EMEA and cross-functional teams to localise products and drive commercial performance.
- Coordinating end-to-end execution of product campaigns, ensuring delivery against timelines, objectives and quality standards.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support successful campaign launches.
- Contributing to innovation opportunities by identifying customer trends, market insights and business performance drivers.
- Managing project plans, timelines, risks and updates to ensure initiatives stay on track.
- Providing regular progress updates and supporting leadership presentations and approvals.
- Managing category-related administration, including purchase orders and campaign launch activities.
- Ensuring a seamless customer and partner experience by supporting operational excellence and visual merchandising execution.
