At Starbucks, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we invest in stores across EMEA, APAC, and LAC markets. This role is all about driving cost efficiency and enabling strategic growth while preserving the Starbucks Coffeehouse experience.
Your Role
- Lead initiatives that optimize store investment and construction costs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights, scalable standards, and innovative solutions that reduce Capex and accelerate time-to-market.
What You’ll Do
- Drive cost discipline and value engineering for new store development and remodels.
- Develop benchmarking tools and centralized reporting for investment data.
- Collaborate across international markets to standardize processes and close gaps.
- Champion innovation in construction methods and sustainable practices.
- Manage integrated project plans and ensure timely delivery.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong expertise in project management (scope, schedule, budget, risk), ideally in retail, F&B, or consultancy.
- Strong expertise in construction/project management, including retail store development.
- Strong expertise in cost management, investment appraisal, and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with Capex planning, cost control, value engineering, and Power BI.
- Experience in retail or FMCG environments; franchise and international exposure are a plus.
- Confident, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity - open-minded and innovative.
