The Senior Operations & Growth Manager is a strategic field leadership role driving transaction growth, cost optimisation, customer satisfaction, and commercial capability across licensed markets. Here, you’ll achieve results by:

  • Shaping the market operating approach with licensee: Translate strategic decisions into integrated approaches across pricing, labour, demand drivers, and customer experience, influencing licensees to deliver sustained performance.
  • Accountable for driving integrated performance optimisation: Continuously refine how key commercial and operational levers work together, ensuring aligned cross-functional teams and licensees to maximise market outcomes.
  • Driving market performance: Develop and execute corrective commercial plans, influencing pricing, promotions, and initiatives to drive sales growth, protect margins, and build long-term resilience.
  • Acts as senior strategic advisor to markets and leadership: Serves as a trusted advisor to GMs and Licensees to align brand standards, operational excellence and performance, providing guidance for customer satisfaction and profitability. Build strong relationships with the right-level market leaders to influence without authority.
  • Diagnosing performance and driving operational improvement: Conduct targeted in-market assessments using KPIs, evaluating execution and leadership effectiveness and identifying root cause performance gaps.
