As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for driving critical operational projects through coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and ensuring successful delivery of operational initiatives. You’ll also provide essential support for day-to-day operational activities and business-as-usual (BAU) processes making sure we provide consistency, compliance and smooth execution across all retail operations.
We’ll look to you to bring your previous experience of working in a central operations function in a fast-paced, multisite retail or hospitality business. You’ll have experience of delivering strategic projects that create measurable impact and accelerate growth and profitability. We’re looking for someone who has mastered the art of planning and organisation, balancing multiple priorities and ensuring seamless execution of both strategic initiatives and BAU processes. You’ll have sharp analytical thinking with the ability to identify risks, solve problems and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and partner experience.
