In this role, you’ll help shape the future of Starbucks At Home Coffee (AHC) by leading end-to-end NPD for key CPG coffee categories in international markets, assisting in implementing our strategic growth agenda, and elevating our brand through exceptional packaging and product experiences. Working as part of the Global Coffee Alliance (GCA) – the world’s largest coffee partnership - you’ll also operate at the intersection of Starbucks and Nestlé, turning insights into action, championing local market needs, and helping strengthen the frontend innovation systems that unlock our next innovation big bets. This is a role for someone who loves driving impact globally and thrives in complex, highly collaborative environments.
Here, you’ll achieve results by:
- Leading end to end delivery of international Starbucks At Home Coffee NPD, ensuring markets are enabled with the right products to drive their innovation needs, built through close and expansive cross-functional coordination within both Starbucks and Nestlé.
- Supporting the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives and localized market acceleration agendas, translating insights & strategies into actionable plans to drive growth for both our total business and key priority markets.
- Elevating the Starbucks brand globally through best in class packaging development, partnering closely with Nestlé to steward artwork, copy/claims, and brand adherence across key NPD launches.
- Strengthening and operationalizing the front end innovation (FEI) process, supporting big bet development through strategic planning, workshop co-creation, and improved global ways of working.
- Enabling cross-functional and cross-channel strategic workstreams, contributing insights & analytical support to advance Starbucks AHC knowledge library and help shape the future of the GCA worldwide.

- We have a flexible working policy. Meaning 50% of the time we collaborate with each other in our London office and the rest of the time you may choose to work remotely.
- Depending on your portfolio travel to other locations may be required occasionally. We will work with you to ensure this fits your home life.

- Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30. We value flexibility and offer it in return—recognising that balance looks different for everyone.
