We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to deliver Starbucks’ marketing strategy and lead integrated campaigns that connect with millions of customers. This is a role for someone who combines strategic thinking, creative leadership, and strong collaboration skills to bring our brand vision to life.
What you’ll do- Deliver Starbucks’ marketing strategy through integrated plans and seasonal campaigns across EMEA.
- Define objectives and strategies for brand activation, channel roles, and budget allocation.
- Lead the creative process for campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels – from briefing agencies to final rollout.
- Partner with internal teams (Digital, Category, Insights) and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand narratives and flawless execution.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and processes, ensuring campaigns land on time and within scope.
- Champion customer-first thinking, applying insights and trends to shape strategy and creative direction.
- Track performance, share learnings, and promote a test-and-learn culture across the team.
- Act as a brand custodian, ensuring all marketing aligns with Starbucks’ standards and guidelines.
