We are looking for a loyalty, CRM and market enablement manager to join our team here at Starbucks. A place where you are valued, challenged, and inspired. Where your voice is brewed into everything we do. At Starbucks, we are all about you.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for the growth and effectiveness of our loyalty, CRM and customer lifecycle programmes across EMEA, helping to deliver more effective, insight-led customer engagement. You will combine lifecycle strategy, campaign delivery and market enablement to support markets to adopt capabilities and approaches that drive customer retention and lifetime value.

We will look to you to bring your consumer-first mindset with the ability to balance data, insights and execution to shape practical and scalable solutions across the region. We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience of consulting around CRM and loyalty programmes, with a strong understanding of CRM tech solutions and personalisation capabilities. You will have previously worked in a regional position within a global, matrix organisation, with hands-on experience managing multiple markets with different needs, ideally in a retail, hospitality or FMCG environment.

The best part about this role is that no two days are ever the same! Working as our loyalty, CRM and market enablement manager, you will get involved in:

  • Supporting the strategy and execution for loyalty, CRM and customer lifecycle
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to our licensee markets, enabling their performance through clear guidance, playbooks, upskilling and best practices that align to local execution
  • Translating global CRM and loyalty strategies into regional and local tactical execution plans, which support growth, loyalty optimisation and program economics
  • Tracking and analysing performance, translating customer and campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations for the region and local markets
  • Partnering with key stakeholders in the business to find development opportunities in support of enhancements or capabilities within our platforms
  • Collaborating with our licensees to understand their local solutions and being the brand guardian to ensure consistency across all of our customer touchpoints

In return, we will offer you a competitive salary and benefits that include:

  • 25 days holiday a year (plus Bank Holidays)
  • Up to 10% bonus
  • Flexible benefits
  • Life assurance and private medical insurance for yourself
  • Comprehensive training (including coffee knowledge!) and access to Starbucks Global Academy (our online learning platform to help continuously develop yourself)
  • Free bag of coffee each week and a 30% partner discount on food, beverages, and merchandise
  • Discounts with local and national retailers (cell phones, gym memberships, entertainment tickets, hotels, etc.) through Perks at Work platform
  • Subscription to Headspace
  • Home Sweet Loan (Interest-free loans that can be paid back over 12 months to help pay your rental deposit)
  • Bean stock options for all partners (own part of Starbucks!)
  • A free 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme available to you and your family

So, if you are looking for a new opportunity, with us you will be welcomed, you will be challenged, you will be inspired. Here you will be heard. Because here, you are a part of it all. Here you belong.

Starbucks is committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce. All applicants and partners will be treated fairly, without regard to race, religion, sex, nationality, age, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, marital status, gender identity and expression.
