Join Starbucks' EMEA Commercial Finance team at an exciting stage of growth. As a Finance Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role driving the success of our supply chain transformation project and supporting product innovation. This is more than a numbers role - it’s about influencing commercial decisions, partnering with supply chain and category teams, and driving profitability for Starbucks and its licensees. You’ll gain exposure to supply chain projects, strategic sourcing initiatives, and cutting-edge financial systems, all while working in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment that values curiosity, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
Here, you’ll achieve results by:- Owning the end-to-end transformation impact analysis for EMEA, including quarterly forecast updates to relevant business stakeholders.
- Providing insightful analysis on financial impacts, validation of business cases and communicating changes to stakeholders and licensees.
- Partnering with sourcing and category teams to support innovation business cases and margin improvement initiatives.
- Driving process improvements and system enhancements (e.g. Anaplan) to optimize pricing workflows.
- Thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities.
- Building strong relationships across finance and non-finance teams, influencing decisions with data-driven insights.
- Demonstrating curiosity and a hunger for learning - becoming a super-user of corporate technologies.
- Balancing detail orientation with big-picture thinking to support commercial growth.
- Being part-qualified or recently qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
- Bringing strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to interpret large data sets into actionable insights.
- Bringing knowledge and experience in cost controlling or FP&A in supply chain or manufacturing.
- Having experience in multisite retail or a large corporate environment, food & beverage or restaurant business is a plus.
- Showing proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate complex finance concepts clearly.
- Possessing advanced Excel skills; experience with Anaplan is a plus.

We have a flexible working policy. Meaning 50% of the time we collaborate with each other in our London office and the rest of the time you may choose to work remotely. We also actively encourage partners to spend time in our stores. We believe it is essential we all understand the customer and ‘Green Apron Partner’ Starbucks experience. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30. We value flexibility and offer it in return - recognising that balance looks different for everyone.
