Key Responsibilities

  • Co‑lead the store to achieve financial targets, customer satisfaction scores, and operational excellence.
  • Own business areas such as compliance, labour management, or local marketing.
  • Lead the store leadership team, ensuring clarity of roles and accountability for results.
  • Forecast future staffing needs and participate in recruitment and selection.
  • Own partner training; ensure all partners complete required training and are set up for success.
  • Act as the store manager when required, including full operational and partner accountability.
  • Monitor store KPIs, analyse performance trends, and implement action plans.
  • Drive cost control and profitability through effective resource planning and waste management.
  • Close both standards and opportunity gaps using the store action plan.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of brand and operational standards.
  • Maintain compliance with health & safety, food safety and security standards, including due diligence checks.
  • Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.

Training & Development
