Leading a high-volume coffee operation takes a wee bit of magic and a whole lot of resilience. We are searching for a hands-on, energetic hospitality professional who loves orchestrating the floor, lifting the team, and making sure the coffee keeps flowing flawlessly.

You will be the Manager's absolute right hand, turning big-picture commercial strategy into brilliant daily reality.

This is a deeply operational, sleeves-up position where you are the calm in the storm. One hour you might be coaching a new starter on the perfect milk micro-foam, and the next you are diving into Rota Horizon to manage the payroll, or smashing an internal QASA audit.
