Leading a high-volume coffee operation takes a wee bit of magic and a whole lot of resilience. We are searching for a hands-on, energetic hospitality professional who loves orchestrating the floor, lifting the team, and making sure the coffee keeps flowing flawlessly.
At Village, we partner with Starbucks to pour world-class coffee, and we need a Team Leader who brings that famous brand expertise blended perfectly with our signature Village warmth. You will be the Manager's absolute right hand, turning big-picture commercial strategy into brilliant daily reality.
The Reality of the Role
This is a deeply operational, sleeves-up position where you are the calm in the storm. One hour you might be coaching a new starter on the perfect milk micro-foam, and the next you are diving into Rota Horizon to manage the payroll, or smashing an internal QASA audit. You are the one steering the ship, setting the pace, and making sure targets are hit while keeping team morale incredibly high.

- Relentless Standards: You are absolutely obsessed with the details. From leading food safety compliance to pushing us up the local TripAdvisor rankings, you refuse to compromise on quality or hygiene.
- The Coffee Champion: You have a real passion for the product. You will host tastings, share your knowledge, and champion local marketing events.
How Village Thrives
- We Can & We Do: We show up to make a genuine impact. You will drive the daily momentum, bringing an energy to the shift that inspires everyone to crush their KPIs.
- We Will: No silos or turf wars. You will step up as a Duty Manager when needed and work brilliantly alongside the pub, reception, and leisure departments.
