As a Starbucks Barista, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience, serving high-quality beverages and food in a friendly and efficient manner. You will contribute to a welcoming and safe environment while supporting the team and the store’s operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
  • Take accurate orders and operate the point-of-sale system.
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and food items according to Starbucks recipes and standards.
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, equipment, and customer spaces in line with health and safety standards.
  • Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and provide support during busy periods.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including cash handling, safety, and food hygiene requirements.
  • Assist with training of new team members when needed.
