To support the day-to-day IT operations across the K Beverage Starbucks store estate and Head Office, ensuring all systems, equipment, and technology are fully operational to support business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support to stores and Head Office teams.
- Manage IT helpdesk queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Support EPOS, tills, payment systems, Wi-Fi, printers, and store technology.
- Coordinate hardware set-up for new stores, refurbishments, and replacements.
- Liaise with third-party IT providers, engineers, and suppliers.
- Maintain IT asset registers, user accounts, and equipment records.
- Support onboarding/offboarding for new starters and leavers with system access.
- Ensure stores are escalated quickly where IT issues impact trade.
- Assist with system upgrades, software rollouts, and technology projects.
- Promote IT security and data protection best practice across the business.

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an IT support or co-ordinator role.
