Role Purpose
To provide practical and commercially focused legal and administrative support to K Beverage across its Starbucks franchise operations, helping to manage legal risk, maintain compliance, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the business with day-to-day legal matters across stores and Head Office.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, supplier agreements, NDAs, and commercial documents.
- Assist with employment-related documentation in partnership with HR.
- Support property matters including leases, licences, and new store opening documentation.
- Maintain legal records, contract registers, and key renewal dates.
- Liaise with external solicitors, landlords, and professional advisors where required.
- Support compliance with company policies, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with insurance claims, disputes, and risk management matters.
- Provide clear and practical guidance to managers on legal processes.
- Support ad-hoc projects linked to expansion and business development.
Skills & Experience
- Previous paralegal or legal support experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts and legal administration.
- Employment law or property experience desirable.
