The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading store operations, developing the team, and creating an exceptional customer experience. This role helps drive store performance, ensures operational excellence, and fosters a positive, engaging environment for both customers and partners. The Assistant Store Manager acts as a key leader, motivating the team and maintaining Starbucks’ high standards during all shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Development: Support the Store Manager in hiring, training, and developing partners to deliver top-tier customer service. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management to shift supervisors and baristas. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and motivating store culture that reflects Starbucks’ mission and values. Lead by example in personal conduct, work ethic, and customer engagement.

Qualifications
