Location: K Beverage Head Office / Field Based

Business: K Beverage Ltd - Starbucks Franchise Partner

Role Purpose

To support the day-to-day IT operations across the K Beverage Starbucks store estate and Head Office, ensuring all systems, equipment, and technology are fully operational to support business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line IT support to stores and Head Office teams.
  • Manage IT helpdesk queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Support EPOS, tills, payment systems, Wi-Fi, printers, and store technology.
  • Coordinate hardware set-up for new stores, refurbishments, and replacements.
  • Liaise with third-party IT providers, engineers, and suppliers.
  • Maintain IT asset registers, user accounts, and equipment records.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding for new starters and leavers with system access.
  • Ensure stores are escalated quickly where IT issues impact trade.
  • Assist with system upgrades, software rollouts, and technology projects.
  • Promote IT security and data protection best practice across the business.
  • New store IT order Support.
  • Making Decisions to co-ordinate as per the business needs.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in an IT support or co-ordinator role.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows systems, and basic networks.
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with non-technical users.
  • Retail or hospitality systems experience desirable.
