Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Take accurate orders and operate the point-of-sale system.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty drinks, and food items according to Starbucks recipes and standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, equipment, and customer spaces in line with health and safety standards.
