The Store Manager leads all aspects of store operations, partner development, and customer experience. This role is responsible for driving store performance, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment for both customers and partners. Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Recruit, hire, train, and develop partners to build a strong, engaged store team.
    • Provide clear direction, coaching, and performance management for Assistant Managers, Shift Supervisors, and Baristas.
