About the Role

KBeverage T/A Starbucks is looking for a reliable and self-motivated Grounds Maintenance Operative to maintain the outdoor areas of multiple Starbucks locations across Lincolnshire.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and is looking for flexible part-time work with the opportunity to increase their hours over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grass cutting and lawn maintenance
  • Hedge trimming and pruning
  • Weed control
  • Jet washing of paths, entrances, patios, and external surfaces
  • Litter picking and keeping external areas clean and presentable
  • Seasonal grounds maintenance
  • Ensuring all outdoor areas are safe, tidy, and well maintained
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns

About You The successful candidate will

  • Previous grounds maintenance, gardening, landscaping, or horticultural experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
  • Be able to work independently and manage their own workload.
  • Be reliable, punctual, and organised.
  • Have a strong eye for detail and take pride in delivering high standards.
  • Be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
