The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading store operations, developing the team, and creating an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Development: Support the Store Manager in hiring, training, and developing partners to deliver top-tier customer service. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management to shift supervisors and baristas. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and motivating store culture that reflects Starbucks’ mission and values. Lead by example in personal conduct, work ethic, and customer engagement.

Qualifications
