The Shift Supervisor supports store operations and partners closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive, customer-focused environment. This role helps direct the daily work of baristas, ensures high-quality customer service, upholds Starbucks standards, and contributes to a welcoming and efficient store atmosphere. - Customer Service & Store Experience
