As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for all brand strategy and activation for the UK. We’re on an exciting journey transforming our marketing communications, delivering bold, insight-led campaigns that resonate nationally while staying deeply connected to the local communities we serve. As our marketing manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand strategy, driving integrated through-the-line campaigns and making sure our marketing efforts deliver impact across every channel driving brand affinity and commercial impact.

We’ll look to you to bring your previous experience in marketing or advertising, ideally in a large, fast-paced, multi-site environment. Ideally, you’ll have experience both agency and client-side with digital, social and experiential marketing too. We’re looking for someone who’s a strong communicator with the ability to think strategically and creatively, whilst building strong relationships with our external agencies, suppliers and business partners.

  • Partnering with the senior marketing manager to develop and implement the annual operating plan and UK brand plans including media investment strategy.
  • Collaborating internally and with our global creative agency to craft locally relevant, culturally resonant brand communications for both ATL and BTL channels.
  • Owning the end-to-end campaign planning and execution process, from insight-led marketing briefs, campaign budgets, asset development to tracking and reporting performance against annual KPIs.
  • Leading the development of our strategic “always-on” approach for key channels.
  • Partnering with our social agency to create playbooks and guidelines, establishing best in class performance frameworks and reporting.
  • Developing brand-first experiential guidelines that integrate seamlessly with seasonal campaigns.
  • Optimising our commercial performance in store driving improved sales and margin performance for our in-store brand activation strategies.
  • Working with the global and EMEA teams to implement tactical cultural campaigns across the calendar year to surprise and delight our customers.
  • Supporting the quarterly business reviews across the agency ecosystem to drive continually commercial efficiencies and improved ways of working.
