To be successful you’ll have prior experience leading a team in a dynamic retail or hospitality environment, champion our mission and values, understand your market, identify opportunities to drive store profitability, and serve as a partner ambassador.
Responsibilities
- Executing the store operations through your team, covering opening, close and weekend shifts on your scheduled shifts and days off.
- Analysing data and leveraging observations in store to inform decision making that improves both the customer and overall store performance.
- Working with store leaders to use forecasting and scheduling tools to manage labor within required budgets as well as recruiting world‑class, diverse talent that meets the store needs.
- Cascading and rolling out new initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive business results.
- Supporting the growth of your partners through performance and development, coaching and developing your team, building positive relationships to understand partner challenges, needs and aspirations.
- Setting challenging and realistic goals to drive engagement and improve partner performance.
