We’re looking for a senior manager, brand engagement and social media to join our team here at Starbucks EMEA.

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for leading regional brand engagement programmes, including EMEA’s Culture and Social Media strategy, culturally resonant activations, and brand collaborations & partnerships that strengthen the brand and support commercial growth.
We’ll look to you to bring your experience in brand and customer experience, ideally in a retail or consumer-facing market, including working within brand partnerships or experiential marketing with a proven track record of leading large-scale activations alongside influencer and content marketing.
You’ll have strong strategic planning, forecasting and business case management capability, with experience leading cross-functional workstreams.
We’re looking for a leader with excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders both internally and externally.
Ideally, you’ll be familiar with license commercial agreements, key terms and value exchange negotiations.

The best part about this role is that no two days are ever the same! Working as our senior manager, brand engagement and social media, you’ll get involved in:
- Leading regional brand engagement programmes, activations, and partnerships that bring the brand to life in a culturally relevant and commercially effective way.
- Leading on EMEA’s culture strategy, building a culture-led brand calendar for the region, leveraging global programs and scaling local best practices
- Leading Social Media Agency Relationship, shape Strategy and establishing a new Operating Model for local markets
- Leading Partner/Licensor negotiations and establishing value exchange and key terms of partnership
- Leading the adaptation & localisation of Global campaigns/programs
- Coordinating with COE / US and other regions on global campaigns, bringing together cross-functional teams and outsourced support where needed to enable effective delivery.
- Supporting licensees in executing brand activations by sharing best practices and auditing market-level execution to drive alignment with regional and global brand guidelines.
- Promoting strong and consistent brand execution across touchpoints, while recognising local needs and market nuance.
