As Food Safety, Quality, Regulatory & Nutrition Data & Analytics Specialist, you will build and enable end-to-end data visibility across Food Safety, Quality, Regulatory and Nutrition (FSQRN) performance across EMEA & the UK.
You will design, develop and sustain a robust reporting and analytics capability, transforming fragmented datasets into clear, actionable insights that reflect performance against Global Food Safety Management System (FSMS) requirements. Working across internal teams, suppliers and licensees, you will ensure accurate, timely and integrated data flows that help the business understand performance and risk, prioritise interventions, and make evidence-based decisions.
By creating a single source of truth for performance, you will enable the business to proactively identify risks, prioritise resources and continuously improve against global standards.
Here, You’ll Achieve Results By
- Leading the development of a scalable FSQRN data and reporting framework across EMEA & UK, integrating multiple data sources into a unified view aligned to FSMS expectations.
- Designing and building a suite of Power BI dashboards that give clear visibility of FSQRN performance, trends and emerging risks.
- Analysing data to identify patterns and areas for intervention, and generating actionable insights that support decision-making and prioritisation.
- Partnering with FSQ, Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory and licensee stakeholders to gather, validate and improve the quality of data inputs.
- Driving automation and continuous improvement of reporting tools to enhance usability and insight generation.

- Having experience working with cross-functional and external stakeholders to drive data collection and alignment.
- Bringing experience within food, retail or supply chain environments and a degree in Food Science, Data Analytics or a related field (both preferred).
