  • Driving structured planning and governance by running integrated programme plans, governance forums, and stakeholder updates, ensuring visibility, tracking, and protecting the critical path.
  • Aligning and mobilising multiple cross-functional stakeholders, partnering with senior leaders and teams to drive alignment, decision-making, and execution across in-region initiatives.
  • Ensuring financial rigour and benefits delivery, embedding budget control, financial tracking, and benefits realisation, working with Finance to validate outcomes and supporting AOP achievement.
  • Adapting delivery and driving continuous improvement, tailoring regional rollouts to company-operated and licensed contexts, proactively resolving risks and dependencies, and embedding improved ways of working.
