DescriptionThis role contributes to Starbucks' mission by defining and delivering the technology product strategy for key enterprise functions across EMEA. As a senior member of the Technology Product & Services team, you will own a portfolio of products that enable our partners and support functions to operate effectively, create capacity for growth and deliver business value.The role has primary accountability for the Partner Resources & Operations (PRO) product portfolio, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Careers Website and broader partner recruitment, onboarding and end-to-end experience . The portfolio also includes products and platforms supporting Finance, Corporate Functions and Legal teams. As the senior product leader for these areas, you will shape the long-term product vision, develop and maintain a multi-year product strategy and roadmap, and ensure investments are aligned to measurable business outcomes. You will act as the voice of the customer and business stakeholder, balancing operational needs, strategic priorities and technical opportunities to maximise value delivery.Working across regional and global teams, delivery partners and technology vendors, you will influence product direction, investment decisions and prioritisation. You will use customer insights, market trends, operational data and business objectives to continuously evolve your product portfolio and drive adoption, satisfaction and value realisation.Reporting to the Product & Services Director, you will maintain strong partnerships with senior leaders across your supported functions. You may also provide leadership and coaching to Product Owners and other product professionals, helping to embed product management best practice and a culture of continuous improvement. QualificationsHere, you'll achieve results by:Product Strategy & VisionDefining and communicating a clear vision, strategy and outcomes for the PRO, Finance, Corporate and Legal technology portfolio.Developing and maintaining a rolling 3-year product roadmap aligned to business strategy, technology strategy and investment priorities.Identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve partner experiences and unlock business value through technology.Continuously assessing market trends, emerging technologies and Starbucks global capabilities to inform product direction.Product Ownership & Portfolio ManagementActing as the accountable product leader for the ATS Programme, Careers Website and associated partner lifecycle products.Managing a portfolio of products and capabilities across PRO, Finance, Corporate and Legal functions.Establishing clear product goals, success measures and value hypotheses for investments and initiatives.Owning portfolio prioritisation decisions, balancing customer needs, business outcomes, technical health and regulatory requirements.Ensuring product roadmaps remain focused on outcomes rather than project delivery.Customer & Stakeholder ManagementActing as the primary strategic partner to senior leaders across supported business functions.Leading regular Product Councils to review priorities, risks, product performance, investment decisions and strategic opportunities.Building deep understanding of partner and stakeholder needs through research, feedback, analytics and direct engagement.Embedding structured customer discovery and feedback loops into product planning and prioritisation.Value Delivery & Product PerformanceDefining, tracking and improving product KPIs, OKRs and adoption metrics.Measuring and communicating product outcomes, value realised and return on investment.Using data, insights and customer feedback to inform prioritisation and product improvements.Driving continuous optimisation of products throughout their lifecycle.Leadership & Product CraftCoaching and mentoring Product Owners and wider delivery teams in product management best practices.Championing customer-centric, outcome-driven product thinking across the organisation.Influencing stakeholders at all levels to align on product strategy, priorities and investment decisions.Enabling cross-functional teams to deliver value through clear goals, empowerment and accountability. Here, you'll thrive by:Demonstrating significant experience in Product Management, Product Leadership or Product Strategy within technology-driven organisations.Having experience owning complex business product portfolios across Corporate Functions, Human Resources, Finance or similar domains.Showing evidence of defining product vision, strategy and roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes.Demonstrating strong customer discovery, stakeholder management and prioritisation skills.Being highly analytical and comfortable using data, insights and experimentation to drive decisions.Having excellent communication and influencing skills, including experience working with senior business leaders.Bringing experience managing product investment, business cases and value realisation.Having desirable experience with Agile product development, product operating models, OKRs, service management frameworks and tools such as Jira.
