It contributes to defining optimal market presence, formats, and growth opportunities across company-owned and licensed stores.

Operating within the Strategy & Transformation team, the role produces high-quality insights for Finance business partners and business leaders, while collating and translating licensee data for the International Grow Report. Operating across cross-functional teams, the role requires strong analytical capability, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, impactful recommendations.

Here, you’ll achieve results by:

  • Building and maintaining market capacity and network models, informing optimal store placement, formats, and long-term portfolio growth across company-owned and licensed markets.
  • Producing, automating, and continuously enhancing reporting tools and dashboards using Excel and Power BI, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and alignment to evolving business priorities.
  • Collating, validating, and translating licensee data to support International Grow Report requirements, ensuring consistent, accurate, and insight-led reporting across regional and global stakeholders.
  • Leading structured problem-solving, developing hypotheses, and delivering clear, data-driven recommendations through high-quality presentations, influencing decision-making across cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.

Here, you’ll contribute to our shared success by:

  • Demonstrating strong commercial acumen and curiosity, proactively identifying opportunities and translating data into insights that drive tangible business performance and strategic advantage.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, showing resilience and adaptability while maintaining focus on delivering high-quality outputs and achieving results.
  • Acting as a collaborative partner, working cross-functionally to build alignment, share insights, and support coordinated decision-making across the Finance, Property, and wider business teams.
  • Communicating with clarity and confidence, simplifying complex analysis into compelling narratives and influencing stakeholders through structured, insight-led storytelling and strong presentation skills.
  • Embodying Starbucks values and culture, acting with integrity, maintaining high data quality standards, and contributing positively to the organisation’s data transformation and continuous improvement agenda.

Here, you’ll thrive by:

  • Having strong experience in business planning, reporting and performance analysis, generating accurate, insight-led outputs that support decision-making and track delivery against commercial and operational objectives.
  • Possessing advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI, Alteryx and Tableau with experience building dashboards and reports; familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform considered a strong advantage.
  • Having experience within retail, FMCG, international or franchise environments, with understanding of performance drivers, operational dynamics, and translating data into commercially relevant insights.
  • Being a clear and concise communicator, able to present insights effectively, working both independently and collaboratively across teams to influence stakeholders and support cross-functional outcomes.
  • Exhibiting high attention to detail with strong prioritisation skills, able to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs within fast-paced, dynamic, and continuously evolving business environments.
