It also plays a key role in improving team effectiveness, maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth operation of the Legal function. We’ll look to you to bring your previous experience in supporting senior legal leadership members within complex, fast-paced corporate environments.

You’ll have a legal qualification, ideally ILSPA legal secretary (or equivalent) and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools. • Coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, cross-functional teams, service providers and external partners, to ensure smooth execution of activities and strong service delivery.
  • Demonstrating sound judgement, discretion and professionalism when handling confidential, sensitive and business-critical information.
  • Managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines effectively, while maintaining accuracy, consistency and high standards of delivery in a fast-paced environment.

In return, we’ll offer you a competitive salary and benefits that include:

  • 25 days holiday a year (plus Bank Holidays)
  • Flexible benefits – in addition to the benefits listed here we’ll also provide you with an additional 4% to allow you to select the benefits that suit you
