We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our new store in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Your ability to manage a diverse team while communicating effectively will be crucial in achieving store objectives., * Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve targets.

  • Communicate with staff regarding store policies, procedures, and performance expectations.

  • Maintain high standards of store presentation.

  • Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and ordering processes.
