The predicted salary is between 12 - 12 £ per hour.

Responsibilities include supporting with store procedures such as opening or closing the store, cash handling, and safety and security. You will support your fellow partners during periods of high volume to keep the store operating, anticipate and deliver on customer and store needs by getting to know your store environment and customers, and help create the third place environment during each shift.

Deliver legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a "customer comes first" attitude and creating genuine connections. Maintain a clean and organised workspace for customers and partners while providing quality beverages, whole bean and food products consistently in line with our recipe and presentation standards.

You don’t need previous experience to join our team as a barista; you bring a passion for bringing joy to our customers. Working in a Starbucks store is different from other jobs—you'll create genuine moments of connection with customers through handcrafted beverages and build relationships with customers and fellow partners in store.

Given the nature of our stores, working hours could include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays. All retail store partners begin their careers with an introductory training programme led by in-store trainers and coaches to immerse you in Starbucks culture and set you up for success. Training programmes are delivered in our stores and provide partners with on-the-job learning supported by their manager.
