As Specifications Analyst, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity and governance of product specifications and associated technical documents across the EMEA & UK portfolio.
You will develop, manage and maintain product specifications as controlled technical documents, aligned to regulatory requirements and internal FSQRN standards.
Working across FSQ, R&D, Nutrition & Regulatory, Supply Chain and suppliers, you will ensure the accurate and timely approval of product data – including ingredients, allergens, nutrition information and label reviews – and drive continuous improvement of the specification process.
By keeping specifications operating as a robust, trusted system of record, you will enable accurate product execution, regulatory adherence and successful product launches across markets.
Here, you’ll achieve results by
- Creating, managing and maintaining product specifications as formal, controlled technical documents, and holding them as the single source of truth for product definition.
- Ensuring specifications reflect applicable EMEA & UK regulatory requirements and FSQRN frameworks, and support accurate downstream outputs such as labelling.
- Managing the end-to-end specification lifecycle – creation, approval, maintenance and updates – with version control and audit-ready documentation.
- Partnering with FSQRN, R&D, Nutrition, Regulatory, Supply Chain and suppliers to define and validate specification inputs and coordinate approvals to product launch timelines.
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen and simplify specification processes, systems and data governance across markets.

Here, you’ll thrive by
- Holding a degree (or equivalent experience) in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field.
- Bringing experience managing product specifications or technical documentation systems in a food or FMCG environment.
- Having a strong understanding of specification structure, governance and lifecycle management; food labelling, allergen and regulatory frameworks; and food safety and quality management systems (e. g., FSSC 22000, BRC, ISO).
- Being proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with experience of specification or data systems desirable.

- We have a flexible working policy. Meaning 50% of the time we collaborate with each other in our London office and the rest of the time you may choose to work remotely.
- Depending on your portfolio travel to other locations may berequiredoccasionally. We will work with you to ensure this fits your home life.
