The role plays a critical part in forecasting, budgeting, business case development, and performance reporting, while acting as a trusted advisor to the business, balancing cost, risk, and growth objectives. With ownership of significant spend and exposure to senior leadership, the Senior Finance Analyst combines strong financial expertise with commercial acumen to influence outcomes. This is a high-impact role within a transforming finance function, requiring a proactive, curious mindset and a focus on continuous improvement, systems advancement, and data-led decision-making.We’ll look to you to bring your relevant finance qualifications and experience, you’ll ideally be fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent), but it is not essential. You do need experience in a fast-paced, multisite environment with a proven track record in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and performance insight delivery. You’ll have advanced financial modelling, systems, and technical capability with strong experience building robust financial models and business cases, with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with enterprise planning and reporting tools (e.g., Anaplan, Hyperion, Power BI, Tableau). We’re interested in your strong commercial acumen and business partnering capability, with the ability to interpret financial performance drivers and provide actionable insights, with experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders to influence decisions and outcomes. This means you’ll need excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, be confident in delivering clear, concise insights to senior stakeholders, simplifying complex financial concepts, and building credibility in cross-functional environmentsThe best part about this role is that no two days are ever the same!
