Responsibilities
- Supporting store procedures, including opening or closing the store, cash handling, and maintaining safety and security.
- Assisting fellow partners during high‑volume periods to keep the store operating smoothly.
- Anticipating and delivering on customer and store needs by getting to know the store environment and its customers.
- Contributing to a welcoming, third‑place environment during each shift.
- Providing legendary customer service with a customer‑first attitude and genuine connections.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace for customers and partners.
- Providing quality beverages, whole‑bean coffee, and food products consistently, following recipe and presentation standards.
- Working flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
