As a store leader, working in one of our dynamic stores, you'll be setting the example and leading from the front on shift.
Responsibilities
- Execute store operations on scheduled shifts and off‑days, ensuring opening, closing, and weekend coverage.
- Analyze data and leverage observations to improve customer experience and store performance.
- Work with other store leaders to use forecasting and scheduling tools to manage labour within budget.
- Recruit world‑class, diverse talent that meets store needs.
- Cascade and roll out new initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive business results.
- Support partner growth through performance coaching, development, and building positive relationships.
- Set challenging and realistic goals to drive engagement and improve partner performance.
- Manage a varied schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Previous experience leading a team in a dynamic retail or hospitality environment.
- Champion the mission and values to create the Starbucks experience for customers and partners.
- Understand the local market, competition, and identify opportunities to drive store profitability.
- Act as an ambassador for partner networks, ensuring partners feel they belong.
