About the Role

As a barista, you will help create the Starbucks experience by serving high‑quality beverages and products while fostering a welcoming third‑place environment. Responsibilities
- Support store procedures, including opening/closing, cash handling, safety, and security.
- Assist fellow partners during high‑volume periods to keep the store operating efficiently.
- Anticipate and deliver on customer and store needs by becoming familiar with the store environment and customers.
- Create the third‑place environment during each shift.
- Deliver legendary customer service with a customer‑first attitude and genuine connections.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace for customers and partners.
- Provide quality beverages, whole‑bean coffee, and food products consistently, in line with recipe and presentation standards.
