The predicted salary is between 11 - 13 £ per hour.

Join our team as a Barista and help create genuine moments of connection with customers. You’ll provide high quality service, handcrafted beverages, and help create the Starbucks third place environment. No previous experience is required; a passion for bringing joy to customers is all we ask.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting store procedures including opening or closing the store, cash handling, and safety and security
  • Supporting fellow partners during periods of high volume to keep the store operating
  • Anticipating and delivering on customer and store needs by getting to know your store environment and customers
  • Supporting in creating the third place environment during each shift
  • Delivering legendary customer service by putting the customer first and building genuine connections
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace for customers and partners
  • Providing quality beverages, whole bean and food products consistently in line with our recipes and presentation standards

Qualifications

  • No previous experience required; you bring a passion for bringing joy to our customers
  • You’ll be creating genuine moments of connection with customers and building relationships with your fellow partners
  • Flexible working hours may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
