Starbridge is seeking a founding Customer & Partnership Lead to own the end-to-end relationship with a major public higher education partner, defining deployment success and building the playbook for scale. You’ll work at executive levels across the customer, translating priorities into product scope and partnering with a founding engineer to ship adoption-focused software. You will own the scope, outcomes, and multi‑million dollar P&L from day one, with a path to shaping how Starbridge operates.
