We are looking for an ambitious Product & Brand Manager to support the growth of The Pink Stuff and the wider Star Brands portfolio.

This role sits at the intersection of product management, brand development and commercial delivery. The successful candidate will take ownership of product portfolios, support innovation projects and help bring new products to market.

Working closely with Product Development, R&D, Operations, Sales and Marketing teams, the Product & Brand Manager will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, managing existing product ranges and delivering successful product launches across domestic and international markets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands‑on project delivery within a fast‑moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned product categories and product ranges.
  • Monitor product performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct portfolio reviews and rationalisation exercises.
  • Analyse sales, market and consumer data.
  • Support pricing and profitability reviews.
  • Build business cases for new opportunities.

New Product Development

  • Lead NPD and EPD projects through the stage gate process.
  • Work closely with R&D, Operations and Packaging teams.
  • Develop product concepts based on consumer, retailer and market insights.
  • Manage product timelines and critical paths.
  • Support product testing and validation programmes.

Brand & Category Development

  • Support development of brand strategies and category plans.
  • Monitor category, competitor and consumer trends.
  • Identify innovation opportunities.
  • Work with marketing teams to ensure strong launch execution.
  • Develop launch plans for new products.
  • Support customer presentations and retailer sell‑in materials.
  • Work with Sales teams on customer opportunities.
  • Ensure products are launched on time and within budget.

Cross Functional Leadership

  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders across the business.
  • Work with international teams to support global growth initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships across Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Supply Chain.

Skills & Experience

  • 3-6+ years' experience in Brand Management, Product Management or Category Management.
  • Experience managing product launches.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills.
  • Excellent project management capability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organised and agile, able to manage shifting priorities and tight timelines.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • FMCG experience.
  • Household, homecare or cleaning category experience.
  • Experience working with international markets.
  • Understanding of stage gate innovation processes.
  • Knowledge of consumer research and insight tools.
