In return for a salary ofup to £50,000 and great benefits, were looking for a leader who understands that profitability and success comes from running a faultless operation with a first-rate team, who all pull together to deliver memorable guest experiences.
Our dream candidate would be someone with no less thanthree years hotel management experience , ideally at an IHG-branded hotel (but wed still love to hear from you if youve run a busy, thriving property). We want to know about your recent hotel managerial experience, that you always keep an eye on the bottom-line, can mould and motivate a team, will drive sales and market your hotel and build a positive local reputation, and most importantly, can demonstrate that you know what it takes to make your guests happy.
Holiday Inn Express Ramsgate Minster has 105 rooms, a busy F&B operation and meeting rooms: all supported by the central commercial and operations teams of family-owned group Starboard Hotels.
