  • Previous experience as a General Manager, or a proven Hotel Manager/Deputy ready to step into their next leadership role

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
  • Strong operational knowledge across all areas of a hotel business
  • Accor brand experience would be beneficial, but personality, attitude and leadership are just as important
