Senior Marketing Operations Manager – Star
We’re looking for a senior marketing operations manager who will own our marketing tech stack, data, and processes end to end. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between marketing, RevOps, and sales – ensuring our tools, workflows, and reporting translate into real pipeline impact, not just activity.

Qualifications and Experience
Must have:
- 5+ years of proven track record in marketing operations or marketing technology roles.
- Hands‑on experience managing marketing automation platforms (HubSpot (preferred), Marketo, Pardot, etc).
- Strong aptitude in process optimization, workflow automation, APIs and tracking implementations.
- Demonstrable experience building dashboards, analyzing performance metrics and providing strategic insights.
- Proven track record as a Salesforce power user to ensure seamless data alignment across systems.
- Exceptional communication, documentation and organizational skills with attention to detail and consistency.
- Dedication to increasing knowledge of Marketing Operations best practices and new tools.
- Self‑starter with a growth mindset, able to thrive in ambiguity and a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in English.
Nice‑to‑have:
- Technical fluency with data and automation tools such as DataGroomr, Zapier, Zoom Events, Clearout and CookieYes.
- Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with intent data platforms like 6sense or Demandbase and website deanonymization tools such as RB2B.
- Passion for AI and automation, using technology to improve personalization, accelerate campaign launches and optimize marketing performance.
What Impact You’ll Make
Marketing technology and toolstack
- Own and evolve the marketing tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, data enrichment, analytics) to support business goals through efficient, data‑driven, scalable operations.
- Maintain integrations between channels (website, email, social, event tools, etc) to ensure seamless data flow and tracking.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, data integrity and governance.
- Train marketing team members on tools usage and ensure technology is used to its full potential.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies that improve efficiency, visibility and marketing impact.
Process design and optimization
- Build, document, and optimize marketing processes (campaign workflow, lead management, nurturing, scheduling, campaign reviews) proactively spotting issues and suggesting improvements.
- Collaborate with RevOps to align on account and lead scoring, routing, attribution, and pipeline influence.
- Create and maintain playbooks for recurring marketing activities.
Campaign execution support
- Support the marketing team with the setup of campaigns, landing page templates, nurture sequences, etc to accelerate production times and streamline campaign launches.
- Maintain clean, verified contact databases to enhance deliverability, reduce bounce rates and improve sender reputation.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Enforce campaign management best practice: tagging, tracking parameters, UTMs, conversion mapping.
Data, analytics and reporting
- Design and maintain KPI dashboards, regular reports, and data visualizations to track performance, ROI and insights across all marketing activities.
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM data with automated deduplication, enrichment, and precise tagging for targeting and reporting.
- Manage GDPR‑ and CCPA‑compliant cookie consent frameworks that balance user privacy with a seamless digital experience.
- Provide actionable insights to influence strategy, budget allocations and channel mix.
- Stay updated with industry trends, marketing operations standards, and new technologies, proactively suggesting improvements.
