As our Principal Product Manager, you will be a part of the community that builds innovative solutions for real users and businesses and work with the latest technologies and frameworks. We\’ve been working with a number of companies over the years, from startups to huge corporations and everything in between.

Skills and experience you can bring to this role!

Product Champion. You are passionate about building products that customers love. New Healthtech challenges do not slow you down; rather, you dive into them with a healthy “challenge accepted” attitude.

Facilitator. You easily capture business and product requirements for complex products where user experience, business processes, hardware constraints, and software integrations unite. Your exceptional soft skills, complemented by advanced communication techniques and advanced English, eliminate all barriers with international stakeholders and SMEs.

Consultant. The ability to explain domain complexity, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders with different backgrounds is crucial. You are sharp-eyed for logical gaps and unpolished design but know how to develop optimal solutions relevant to business situations.

Entrepreneur. You are commercially minded and have a strong sense of use cases that lead to commercial success. That allows you to find a “golden middle” between long-term vision and immediate business value, which is so important for evolving products and transforming businesses.

Qualifications and experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in consultancy or product management delivering healthcare software solutions, preferably regulated SaMD and interoperable healthcare products on US, UK, or EU markets;
  • Solid understanding of the Healthcare domain: latest trends, technologies, priority clinical areas, and challenges;
  • Hands-on experience in performing clinical and patient workflow analysis. Working with healthcare institutions and medical personnel;
  • General knowledge of healthcare, data privacy, and security regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, ISO27k) and the ability to find gaps and ensure product compliance.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with interoperability standards (HL7 v2.x, FHIR, work with FHIR profiles, SMART on FHIR, CDA, DICOM) and medical data codification systems (SNOMED, LOINC);
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR, see Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Allscripts) systems and Healthcare Integration Engines (see Iguana, Mirth, Epic, Cerner, Allscripts).

What impact you’ll make

  • Pre-Sales and Discovery
    • Active involvement in pre-sales, discovery, and customer development activities
    • Working with pre-sales teams on solution definition, preparing solution proposals, and WBS
    • Delivering and pitching solution proposals to client stakeholders
  • Product Development:
    • Collaboration with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure complete alignment on product vision, goals, priorities, and quality expectations of all involved parties
    • Ownership of the product development roadmap
    • Backlog management (incl. clarification, prioritization, and estimation)
    • Work closely with designers and engineers on the best UX
    • Definition of business success metrics and KPIs for new features
    • Facilitate product research needed for high-quality decisions
  • Gain deep domain expertise and product-specific knowledge and ensure effective information sharing within the project team
  • Proactive contribution to the domain expertise on the corporate level (Industrial Expertise Teams, Product Community, PMO)
  • Be a product ambassador at professional meetups, business development activities (incl. presales), and corporate events.
