We are looking for you. At Star, we help organisations tackle complex transformation challenges by combining deep industry expertise with technology and execution excellence. Our growth depends on showing up in the right places, with the right partners, and the right conversations. We’re looking for an Events & Partnerships Coordinator to help bring our campaigns and account strategies to life through high-quality events, partnerships, and sponsorships. This role sits at the heart of our Growth team, working closely with Brand, Demand Generation, ABM, and Commercial teams to ensure events and partnerships are not just well-run, but meaningfully contribute to awareness, preference, and pipeline.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys making things happen, thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment, and wants their work to have a visible impact across the business. You’ll gain exposure to enterprise-level events, senior stakeholders, and complex go-to-market motions, and you will have exciting opportunities to travel. On top of that, there is clear scope to grow as the team and function scale.
What Impact You’ll Make
You’ll play a hands-on role in turning Star’s strategy into real-world moments that drive conversations, relationships, and pipeline. By delivering well-run events and partnerships, you’ll help Star show up credibly with the right audiences, support high-value campaigns, and create opportunities for Demand Generation, ABM, and Commercial teams to engage priority accounts in meaningful ways.
Your work will directly influence:
- how effectively campaigns land with senior decision-makers
- how easily sales teams can follow up and start relevant conversations
- how consistently Star shows up as a trusted partner across priority industries
This role offers clear visibility across Brand, Growth, and Industry practices, exposure to enterprise-level events and partnerships, and a path to grow into a more strategic role as you build confidence, judgement, and commercial awareness.
If you care about doing work that gets noticed, contributes to revenue, and sets you up for the next step in your career, this role will give you that platform.
