Role: Self-employed Recruiter – NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Location: Remote – Nationwide Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible Hours) Commission Structure: Competitive commission-based earnings with uncapped potential About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys business development and sales. Your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities by reaching out to companies and offering our recruitment services. No recruitment experience is required and training will be provided. The role is flexible and can be done part-time or full-time, but we recommend a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week to see meaningful progress and earnings. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct business development activities to identify potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and networking. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses in need of recruitment services. * Pitch our recruitment solutions effectively and handle client objections professionally. * Work independently to build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients. * Collaborate with the recruitment team to fulfill client hiring needs. * Keep accurate records of client interactions and progress in a CRM system. How it works: We offer a 30% commission split for recruiters focused purely on business development—meaning you bring in the roles, and we handle sourcing and placing the candidates. This allows you to focus on what you do best: winning new clients and driving revenue. Example Monthly Earnings: If you bill £10,000 per month, you’ll earn £3,000 in commission—with no cap on your earnings. However, if you choose to actively source and place candidates as well, we’ll reward your efforts with an increased 50% commission split, boosting your potential earnings even further. You have the flexibility to work in any sector on Permanent roles, focusing on your strengths and industry expertise. On top of that, we handle all back-office operations, including payroll and invoice chasing, so you can focus on growing your client base and maximizing your income. We also offer ongoing training and literature to help you succeed. Requirements: * Previous experience in sales , telesales , field sales , business development, or recruitment is desirable but NOT essential as full training is provided. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * A proactive approach to sales. * Confidence in cold calling and ability to handle objections professionally. * Access to a phone, computer, and reliable internet connection. Benefits: * Uncapped earning potential – the more you bring in, the more you earn. * Complete flexibility – work part-time or full-time at your convenience. * The opportunity to develop valuable sales and recruitment skills. * A supportive team environment to help you succeed. If you are driven, ambitious, and eager to earn based on performance, we’d love to hear from you
