Responsibilities: Lead procurement activities for major project packages.
Support procurement strategy, tendering, negotiation, award, and delivery.
Monitor contractor procurement performance and challenge gaps or delays.
Ensure procurement supports project schedule, cost, and risk management.
Identify supplier risks, long-lead issues, cost exposure, and delivery delays early.
Provide clear reporting on procurement status, risks, actions, and decisions.
Work closely with engineering, construction, project controls, commercial, legal, and finance teams.
Key
Requirements: Minimum 15 years’ procurement experience on large capital projects.
Strong experience in lump-sum EPC project delivery.
Proven owner-side / client-side background.
Experience with major industrial, infrastructure, energy, process, cement, power, oil
