  • Identifying, mapping and improving business processes.
  • Using Lean principles to remove waste, bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Designing better ways of working that simplify processes and improve effectiveness.
  • Translating improvement opportunities into clear system and technology requirements.
  • Ensuring systems development and configuration support improved business processes.
  • Leading and developing the Systems Lead and Systems Support Analyst.
  • Providing clear direction, feedback and development support to the team.
  • Maintaining governance over process documentation, system changes and continuous improvement activity.
