We are working with a Bournemouth-based business in the e-commerce space to find an Amazon Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment and play a key role in driving online sales and developing the Amazon team. The company works with a variety of brands in the FMCG space as their trusted Amazon specialists, driving awareness, visibility and sales online. This position will be working closely with those key clients to strategise and deliver with the in-house team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, acting as their primary contact and ensuring high levels of service and performance.
- Design and execute marketplace strategies focused on boosting product visibility, increasing sales velocity, and improving organic rankings.
- Partner with the commercial team to evaluate Amazon performance through profitability assessments and audit reviews, identifying the most promising commercial opportunities.
- Review and interpret marketplace trends, sales performance, and competitive activity to uncover areas for growth.
- Keep close tabs on stock availability and coordinate FBA replenishments to maintain consistent product availability.
- Lead forecasting and demand planning efforts to support accurate purchasing decisions and maintain efficient stock levels.
- Deliver regular performance updates and insightful reporting across key commercial KPIs, including revenue, margin, and market reach.
- Work alongside the Amazon operations team to triage tasks, improve listing quality, manage support tickets, and resolve issues effectively.
- Liaise with internal departments such as client services and account management to ensure a cohesive and strategic approach to client success.
- Stay up to date with and adhere to Amazon marketplace rules, ensuring all practices remain compliant.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ideally at least 3 years experience managing Amazon Seller Central. Amazon focused agency experience would be a big plus!
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem and marketplace mechanics.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and improving profitability on Amazon.
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to exceptional client care.
