We currently have an exciting position for a sales professional who has a proven track record in driving results and delivering success within the New Homes Industry. Working with a builder delivering exceptional homes, we want to speak to ambitious individuals who are looking for a new role, where they use their experience to drive their own success. We are wanting to speak with enthusiastic, energetic and driven individuals. As a valued member of their team you will be rewarded with a competitive package with a strong basic salary and commission.

Role Responsibilities

  • Take accountability for all activity relating to sales including client generation, client appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions along with upselling of finishing touches.
  • Drive sales by providing a high level of customer engagement, building a strong rapport with potential clients and liaising with external suppliers and support.
  • Proactive in updating and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of products to match clients’ needs and wants.
  • Ensure compliance with all processes and procedures.
  • Handling internal databases to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide outstanding service to all clients, ensuring that their customer journey is positive and efficient.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Previous experience working in the new homes industry.
  • Full Driving Licence is required.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and work within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to adapt to situations.
  • Ability to work Thu - Mon (Weekends are essential).
