Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to sell their stunning new homes across the region, primarily in the East. This is a Supporting Sales Advisor position that will see you supporting multiple developments and sales teams. In return, you’ll receive a highly competitive basic salary and commission structure.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the full sales journey — from lead generation and appointments through to reservations, progression, legal completion, and upselling extras
- Driving sales through outstanding customer engagement and relationship building
- Keeping the CRM fully up to date with proactive and accurate reporting
- Developing expert product knowledge to match buyers with their perfect home
- Ensuring full compliance with processes and maintaining accurate internal records
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint
