Recruitment Consultant Financial Services
Location: UK-based ? remote working with office access in Leeds, London, Manchester, or Birmingham
Salary: Invoice split: 65% to you (i.e., £162.5k take-home on £250k billing) + Drawn immediately on placement start

What youll be doing:

  • Operating a full 360 recruitment desk across your chosen vertical: Accountancy & Finance, HR, General Insurance, Financial Services, or Procurement & Supply Chain

  • Working independentlybut with the support of office infrastructure and a network of experienced consultants

  • Leveraging a large existing database and national office support to generate new business and talent

  • Managing full recruitment lifecycle: business development, candidate sourcing, placement, and follow-ups

  • Identifying and nurturing client and candidate relationships tailored to each assignment
